SEATTLE—Full Tank Foods launched a line of frozen vegetable-enriched foods for kids designed for on-the-go parents who care about nutrition but don’t always have the time to prepare home-cooked meals. Each entrée is microwavable and balances nutrients, vitamins, fiber and protein. Varieties include macaroni and cheese, pizza fondue, pasta and red sauce, and a cheesy mashed potato in a pocket sandwich.
