Pamela's Products ~ 4-lb bag Wheat-, Gluten-Free Mix

UKIAH, Calif.—Pamela's Products launched Pamela's Gluten-Free Bread and Flour Blend now in a 4-pound bag. The wheat-free bread mix is designed to be used to bake bread, pizza dough, bagels, ravioli and pretzels among other things. The package of each baking mix comes with a variety of recipes and each year, Pamela's Products hosts a 'Greatest Gluten-free Recipe' contest.
