UKIAH, Calif.—Pamela's Products launched a new gluten-free Cornbread & Muffin Mix. Packaged in 12 oz. bags, the new gluten-free cornbread mix can be used to bake cornbread muffins, cornbread, cornbread dressing, tart crusts and many other variations.
All of Pamela's Products baking mixes may be used in place of wheat-based mixes in a family's recipe roster. The mixes were developed, by company founder Pamela Giusto-Sorrells.
