The product, developed by herbalist David Winston RH (AHG), author of the book “Adaptogens: Herbs for Strength, Stamina and Stress Relief,” is designed to support healthy immune function. Immune Adapt formula contains powdered extracts of Astragalus root (Astragalus membranaceus), Reishi mushroom (Ganoderma lucidum), Schisandra berry (Schisandra chinensis), Eleuthero root (Eleutherococcus senticosis), Maitake mushroom (Grifola frondosa), Ligustrum berry (Ligustrum lucidum), Bai Zhu Atractylodes root (Atractylodes macrocephalae) and Licorice root (Glycyrrhiza uralensis) in a vegetable-based capsule. Suggested use is two capsules twice daily. For chronic conditions, this formula can and should be taken continuously for an extended period of time.
