Virginia Dare ~ Flavors for Kulfi

BROOKLYN, N.Y.—Virginia Dare released a wide range of sweet, fruit and tea flavors for Kulfi. The flavors include Apple, Peach, Apricot, Orange Blossom, Coconut, Cardamom, Pecan, Mangosteen, Pistachio, Orange and Mango. In addition, the tea flavors are Green Tea, Chai, Oolong and Jasmine. Kulfi is a flavored frozen dessert that originated in India. It is custard-like and prepared using a mixture of evaporated and sweetened condensed milks, heavy cream, sugar, corn flour-water paste, flavor, dried fruits and cardamom.
