SEATTLE—Choice Organic Teas launched Whole Leaf Organics, organic Fair Trade certified tea in eco-friendly biodegradable tea pyramids. The eight varieties, English breakfast, earl grey, estate blend Darjeeling, jade green, jasmine green, chamomile citrus, sweet liquorice mint and lychee white, will be available in May 2008. Each box comes with 15 individually wrapped pyramids.
