Vitasoy Appoints New Sales, Marketing Directors
AYER, Mass.–Vitasoy USA president and CEO Walt Riglian announced the appointment of new sales and marketing directors. The new team was put into place to enable the company to meet aggressive new goals, particularly for its innovative brand Nasoya, a tofu brand.
Susan Rolnick is the company's new marketing director responsible for all marketing and public relations for Vitasoy USA. Formerly Director of Marketing for ConAgra's Lightlife Division, Rolnick's expertise includes national brand strategy development, trade group management, new product launches, and sales and marketing department management.
The new director of sales is Mark Sherburne. He comes to his new post from Ocean Spray where he served as general manager of the Fresh Produce Initiative and as director of sales-marketing and logistics at The Currant Company. Sherburne's career also includes national and regional positions at Nestle USA, Ken's Foods and POM Wonderful. As Sales Director, Sherburne oversees Vitasoy's national and regional sales, account and food service managers.
Jay Toscano now serves as west natural sales manager based out of Southern California. A natural foods industry veteran, Toscano is responsible for all natural food west business, as well as key national natural food accounts. His previous experience includes key sales management positions at Stonyfield Farm and Frito-Lay.
