National Enzyme Co. Hires COO

FORSYTH, Mo.—National Enzyme Company added Charles Amidon to its executive team. Amidon will serve as chief operating officer and will oversee many departments within the company including information systems, manufacturing, quality assurance and purchasing.

Previously, Amidon developed Global Nutritional Solutions, a professional company working in the nutritional industry specializing in general business review and enhancement programs. Prior to this, Amidon served as executive vice president of HVL Inc., a nutritional supplement manufacturer in Pittsburgh and president of Fisher Scientific, North American Operations.
