8 Secrets of Organic Wine

Are you a wine snob?

It’s OK if you are.  Snob is a harsh word; let’s consider it “refined taster.”

If you are particular with your bin selection, you may have overlooked “organic wine.”  I personally buy organic produce and organic dairy products, but I am not always moved to try organic wine.  It seems like a bit of an oxy moron. Organic screams healthy on my grocery list; wine screams naughty on my grocery list.  Do they cancel each other out? Clearly this issue is all in my head. I have tried organic wine a few times, but I wasn’t moved to purchase it again; perhaps I got a bad bottle?

I ran across this Web posting which gives “8 Secrets to Organic Wines.” I learned a few things by reading it, and it looks like I will give organic wines another try.

Are you stocking (and drinking) any must-have organic wines I should know about?  I would love a referral to a good bottle; Pinot Grigio is my favorite.
