Pamela's Products Gluten-Free Recipe Winners

UKIAH, Calif.—Pamela's Products announced the winners of their Third Annual Greatest Gluten-free Recipe Contest for 2008. The contest focused on recipes using Pamela's Products Gluten-Free Bread Mix. Of the more than 100 entries, seven recipes were selected by Pamela's Products president and founder, Pamela Giusto-Sorrells.

The grand prize went to Tamale-Style Stuffed Bread from Florida-based Ken H. The two runner-up recipes went to Oklahoma-based Dan B. for his Chocolate Doughnut recipe and Elizabeth I. for her recipe for Pretzel Twists.

Honorable Mentions were awarded to Greg F. in Texas for his Steamed Pork Dumplings, Nancy D. in North Carolina for her Tuscan Style Pesto & Pine Nut Rolls, Nicci B. in California for her Mini Corn Dogs and Nicole F. in Michigan for her Chicken & Shallot Raviolli with Balsamic Glazed Tomatoes.
