BLOOMINGDALE, Ill.—NOW Foods landed on the list of Chicago’s 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For in 2009; it was also honored by the National Association for Business Resources (NABR) on the list in 2008. NABR cites companies that create business values and results through human resource (HR) policies and practices. Criteria include company communication, community initiatives, compensation, diversity, employee development, recruitment and work-life balance.
