GHENT, N.Y.–Bioforce USA donated 2,200 units of its popular Echinaforce Junior Immune Supplement for the children of Haiti. The donation is worth approximately $25,000 wholesale.
“There are several stages to relief and aid,” says Pierce Sioussat, president of Bioforce USA. “After the critical first-response work in locating the dead and missing is mostly complete, the second phase is to heal the wounded and help stabilize health. Echinaforce Junior will assist children who are so severely stressed that their immune systems are temporarily compromised.”
Bioforce USA worked with Jezreel International, Albany, NY, which shipped the product directly to Haiti on January 20, 2010.
