Xylitol is low glycemic, contains fiber, helps the body absorb calcium, prevents cavities, contains 45-percent fewer calories than sugar, and is FDA approved. Emerald Forest currently markets the following products to consumers: Xylitol white granulated; Ricochet Gum, available in Peppermint, Cinnamon, Fruit Punch and  Spearmint; Ricochet Mints, available in Peppermint, Lemon Lime, Fruit Punch, Licorice, Wintermint and Cocoa Mint, Ricochet Sours, available in Watermelon Splash, Raspberry Dance, Cherry Blast, Citrus Sky, Grape Blizzard and Key Lime Dream; and Ricochet Coffee Shots.
