PORT CHARLOTTE, Fla.—Beginning Jan. 15, 2009, Enzymedica lowered its free shipping order minimum to 10 bottles or $100. Enzymedica manufactures Digest and Digest Gold, the two top selling digestive enzymes in the U.S. market, according to SPINS.
Scott Sensenbrenner, Enzymedica’s CEO explained, “Enzymedica’s retail accounts and consumers will see the new policy in effect immediately. We are committed to offering competitive shipping prices that fit the changing face of today’s economy. In an economic cycle when many manufacturers have announced price increases to account for fuel and other surcharges, these lowered minimums will allow our customers greater flexibility. Rather than holding out to fill their shelves, they can place orders more frequently, keeping retail inventory full, making shelves more attractive.”
Prices for orders which do not meet the new requirements will not change, retaining a $15 shipping fee.
