Uncle Matt’s Hosts Discovery Dinner

LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla.—Chef Frank Brough  from Disney's Contemporary Resort restaurant "The Wave" and Matt McLean, founder and CEO of Uncle Matt's Organic, co-hosted The Wave's Discovery Dinner for Tables in Wonderland members on Jan. 21, 2010. The dinner featured a "Farmer/Chef" theme that brought attention to importance of local and regional food sourcing for fresh and healthful benefits. Uncle Matt's Organic citrus was showcased throughout the evening's special menu and gift boxes of fresh organic oranges, tangerines, pumelos and grapefruit were sent home with attendees.
