SEATTLE–Canterbury Naturals released its 2010 Collection of new artisan soups, flatbreads, dessert and beverage mixes. Canterbury Naturals’ new additions to the 2010 line include: On the Bayou Jambalaya Soup Mix, Creamy Tomato Basil Soup Mix, Harvest Wheat Olive and Garlic Flatbread Mix, Dulce de Leche Hot Cocoa, Coconut Macaroon Cookie Mix, Classic Vanilla Sugar Cookie with Icing Mix and Pumpkin Spice Cookie Mix. Canterbury Naturals products contain no trans fats, hydrogenated oils, artificial additives, preservatives or colorings. Canterbury Naturals is also committed to green business practices, with 100-percent recycled and 100-percent recyclable paperboard packaging, local and sustainable sourcing efforts, and a commitment to reducing carbon emissions. Conifer also reduced packaging by 60 percent on the soup line, which is completely free of genetically modified organisms (GMOs), in addition to being all natural or organic.
