LOS ANGELES–Jarrow Formulas® Inc. partnered with iHerb.com and donated more than $3,000 to the Haiti Earthquake relief effort. Jarrow Formulas and iHerb.com both donated 2.5 percent of sales of Jarrow Formulas’ products from January 18 to January 31 to benefit Doctors Without Borders, The American Red Cross and CARE.

“The crisis in Haiti is a monumental one and while we mourn for all those that have been lost, we realize that the needs of the survivors are mounting daily,” says Trish Mahon, director, marketing for Jarrow Formulas. “Our assistance is directed to those fine organizations that have been on the ground since the very early days of this tragedy. We support their extraordinary humanitarian efforts and for always being where we cannot be.”

(CII), in Los Angeles in April 2009. Jarrow Formulas’ employees have donated vitamins, clothing and money to other causes, including the Vitamin Angel Alliance in 2005 for victims of Hurricanes Katrina, Rita and Wilma and the devastating earthquake in Pakistan.
