PHOENIX—Sprouts Farmers Market will hire nearly 600 new team members for their six new locations in California, scheduled to open between March and August. This weekend, Friday, Feb. 26, 9 to 5 p.m., and Saturday, Feb. 27th, 9 to 2 p.m., Sprouts will host the first of six job fairs in San Diego. Each job fair will provide nearly 100 jobs to the community. Available positions include: department managers, department clerks, cashiers and courtesy clerks. Sprouts recent job fair in Huntington Beach in December, attracted more than 1,200 applicants.
The job fair will be held at the newest San Diego Sprouts Farmers Market: 11710 Carmel Mountain Road (NE corner of Carmel Mountain Road and Rancho Carmel) in the Carmel Mountain Plaza. All potential candidates are encouraged to apply online prior to attending the job fair.
On its Web site, Sprouts will post information on upcoming job fair dates and locations for new store openings in Thousand Oaks, Sunnyvale, Culver City, Pasadena and Valencia.
