SEBASTOPOL, Calif.--Green Valley Organics launched a line of lactose-free yogurts. Green Valley products are organic, certified humane, free of GMOs, low fat, certified kosher and gluten free. The company uses organic blueberries and strawberries in its fruit-at-the-bottom yogurt, and blends blueberries, pomegranates and acai berries for its fruit kefir. Green Valley Organics yogurts and kefirs contain no lactose; they are significantly lower in sugar as well.
